Adult Dance Classes
Beginner Ballet
Our Beginner Ballet class is the perfect introduction to the foundations of classical ballet. Students will learn basic positions, terminology, posture, and alignment while developing strength, coordination, flexibility, and musicality. This class builds confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment, making it ideal for new dancers or those starting their ballet journey.
Class Attire:
Dancers should wear a leotard with tights (leggings may be worn in place of a leotard/tights) and ballet slippers. Hair must be securely pulled back in a bun or a neat, off-the-face hairstyle. No jewelry should be worn during class.
Beginner/Advanced Ballet
This class is designed for dancers who have mastered the basics and are ready to expand their technique and artistry. Students will continue to strengthen foundational skills while progressing to more complex barre work, center combinations, across-the-floor movement, and performance quality. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, control, flexibility, and grace.
Class Attire:
Dancers are required to wear a leotard with tights (leggings may be worn in place of a leotard/tights) and ballet slippers. Hair must be neatly secured in a bun. Jewelry is not permitted during class to ensure safety and focus.
Adult Aerial Silks
Discover the excitement of aerial arts in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment! Our Adult Aerial Silks class is designed for beginners and experienced students alike, focusing on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through aerial movement. Students will learn foundational climbs, wraps, poses, inversions, and sequences while developing upper body and core strength. Each class is tailored to individual ability levels, allowing participants to progress at their own pace while enjoying a unique full-body workout that combines fitness, artistry, and creativity.
Class Attire:
Students should wear fitted athletic clothing that fully covers the backs of the knees and underarms, such as leggings and a fitted T-shirt or tank top. Loose clothing, shorts, sports bras worn alone, and clothing with zippers, buttons, or other metal embellishments are not permitted, as they may damage the silks. Hair must be securely pulled back, and all jewelry, watches, and fitness trackers must be removed before class for safety. Bare feet are recommended.
